Rather than having to go to an office, participate in therapy in a setting you feel at ease in and save time by doing therapy from your preferred device. We specialize in helping individuals unlock their emotional ties to the past that are preventing them from freely moving forward. In addressing and healing the wounds of childhood issues, trauma, and baggage we carry from the various relationships we have been in, we are free to experience the best that the world has to offer.

For many, we face wounds from our childhood on a daily basis often without even being aware that is where our pain stems from.  From people pleasing, to freezing and letting life pass us by, we have deeply held responses to our past trauma that must be addressed in order for us to life the most fulfilling life possible. Working to tackle the issues that still impact us to this day will enable us to move forward with a sense of freedom and a greater purpose.

I do not accept insurance in an effort to keep therapy truly about you and your individual needs. When dealing with an insurance company, they may dictate the amount of treatment you are entitled to on an annual basis or even deem that your unique needs do not meet the criteria for them paying for the therapy sessions. In order to keep therapy truly person-centered, we make therapy only about you and your needs. We are not here to worry about anyone else, and all of our time and energy is focused on the work we do in the therapy space. I can generate a superbill which many insurance companies will offer reimbursement from based on benefit levels.
